WOOOOooooOOOOOooooOOO!! Hello everyone!

This week was pretty uneventful but still super awesome!! Anderson was confirmed and received the Holy Ghost yesterday!! And he brings all his friends to church and is setting up times for us to teach them! He’s an awesome kid!! Next step for him is a mission! I’m so proud and happy for him! He’s going to do so much good in his life!!!

So I gave a talk yesterday.... ha-ha it wasn’t bad! But I’m not sure if everyone was paying attention and listening to what I was saying or just paying attention because I have a funny accent.... either way, everyone was staring and smiling at me he whole time! Hopefully someone understood me and benefited from my talk! Ha-ha! :)

We got a surprise this week! Transfers are a week early! Because the whole mission will be together Tuesday for our devotional with Elder Cook, the president decided to just have transfers this week!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOO I will be staying here in Cidade Nova!!! I’m very happy about that, I love it here! I love my pesquisadores and the members!!! Sister Jacinto will be joining me Tuesday! I’ve only heard wonderful things about her so I’m so stoked! Sister Salgado will be transferred to Santa Marta... no idea where that is but yeah... she’s getting ANOTHER American companion!!! Which is crazy cuz there are only 4 of us! Apparently she’s meant to learn English! Ha-ha!

We taught a bunch this week!! We’re working a lot with this 15 year old kid! He’s great, he loves us! He’s been coming to church with friends off and on for the past 3 months so we’re working with him to help him understand the importance of and have the desire to be baptized!! Stay tuned for his baptism in the coming weeks!!! :)

We’re working with the mother of the twins too a lot! Her husband isn’t sure about getting married, so were helping her to help him have more of a desire!! He loves the proclamation to the family and she’s going to share with him the plan of salvation this week!! So yeah we’re praying that everything will go well with them! Com certeza eles vai ser batizado soon!!! :)

So yeah all of our other investigators are doing well!! Very exciting!!! I’m happy to be sticking around here to see the progression of these people!!! The church is true and I love this work!!!
