Uma boa tarde para todos! And a feliz pascoa para todo mudo.

Este semana foi boa muita chuva, muito trablaho, nossa eu amo demais a ser uma missionaria!

So this week started out with our zone training, for our training we played “Do you know your companion?” It went over really well. Everyone loved it. And then we talked about the importance of loving your companion, foi muito legal!

So this week Joao Paulo was baptized! These last few weeks he’s been going to seminary and church and has decided to be baptized and because of his decision his older sister is now preparing to be baptized as well as his parents who will be preparing for their wedding! Super-duper exciting!

But cool story, the power went out at the church all week, so Sunday we were all left in the dark, but that wasn’t the problem. The problem is that we had Joao Paulo’s baptism and had to fill up the font. We went to turn on the water (which needs a pump to pump the water, which needs electricity to use) But the water started to fill up normally, and continued filling just until it was sufficient to baptize and the water stopped all on the its own… Because there wasn’t electricity to use the pump.

It’s super cool to see how the Lord helps in every part of this work! It’s truly amazing to be an instrument in the hands of the Lord! I love being a missionary! I wouldn’t have traded these last 18 months for ANYTHING in the entire world! I know this church is the only church on the face of the earth that possesses the exact same power and authority that Jesus Christ has. It is the only church that preforms all the ordinances that will bring us back to our Heavenly Father! I love being a living representative of our Savior Jesus Christ!! I love my Savior!! He Lives!!

Scripture of the Week:

Mosiaa 16:9 – Ele e a luz e a vido do mundo; sim, uma luz sem fim, que nunca donera ser obscurecida, sim e tambem uma vida que e infinita, de modo que nao pode mais haver norte.

TRANSLATION:

Mosiah 16:9 - He is the light and the life of the world; yea, a light that is endless, that can never be darkened; yea, and also a life which is endless, that there can be no more death.
