Man o man time is passing so fast! We’re already halfway through June!!!
We worked hard this week and had a lot of success! We had a training from our zone leaders challenging us to invite everyone we talk to, to be baptized!!! EVERYONE! Contacts in the street all of our investigators! Every everyone!! At first it was a little strange and most of them didn’t accept but we saw some great results also! We are looking forward for a few baptisms this week if everything goes according to plan!!! :)
One of our pesquisadres that were preparing to be baptized introduced us to her sister!! She has 2 kids and lives with her husband! We marked a day to talk with her and her family and we ended up answering all of her questions about the church for 2 hours! It was so amazing!!! We invited them to get baptized and they accepted! But they have to get married first! And before we could even ask them if we could help them get married they asked us how they could get married in the church! Ha-ha they’re perfect!! Now we’ve got a wedding to plan!! The next day our pesqusadora said that her sister loved us and even posted on Facebook that she met with 2 Mormon missionaries and how she loves the church! Ha-ha, WOW!!
It just proves that there are people ready! People just waiting to hear the truth and to accept it!! We don’t know who these people are! They may be your neighbor or your boss or your friend but we have to at least give everyone the chance to accept it! We can’t make the decision that they won’t accept it before we try! So just invite everyone! The worker at the grocery store, your teacher!! Who knows who will accept!! You can and will bless the lives of so so many if you just open your mouth and invite!!
Scripture of the week!
Romans 1:15-16
So as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you... for I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth!
