Wow!!! What an incredible week! And what a spiritual feast we received this weekend at general conference!! Every talk was inspired and incredible!!

Also general conference weekend is the best weekend for a baptism... or 5! Nathanial was baptized Saturday! He is an amazing young man who surprised us with his huge desire to be baptized into the church!! Then Sunday we had the baptism of Alyne, Alex, Enoch, and Andreza! It was a very special day to see each of them enter in to the water and leave without sin! And to enter in the door that starts them on the path to eternal life!!

Alyne was overjoyed to finally be baptized! She only has 12 years so she had to attend church for 3 months before she could be baptized! It was a very happy day for her!!

Her brother Alex also was baptized and was so happy, his mom was even happier. She could hardly hold back her tears!

Enoch is an older man super hilarious! He was soo overjoyed to be baptized he couldn’t stop smiling and saying 'I’m clean! I’m clean!!’

Andreza was so excited also, her mom and grandparents (recent converts) came and supported her! She is excited and very determined now to help her husband receive answers to his prayers and be baptized also!!

This week truly was wonderful and full of miracles!!

For any of you that missed conference.... GO WATCH IT RIGHT NOW!!! If you only watched it on Sunday, GO WATCH THE SATURDAY SESSION RIGHT NOW!!! It’s like living scriptures! It’s exactly what we need to hear and they’re telling us exactly what we need to work on right now!! Go watch it!!! So many talked about the plan of salvation, the importance of the sacrament and keeping the Sabbath day holy with exactness, and the atonement, and keeping the commandments!! Also, it was super cool to hear from the 3 new apostles!! How amazing that we have a living prophet and 12 apostles to lead and guide us through these crazy latter days!!

I love being a missionary!! I love this joy of the gospel that we can bring into the lives of these people! I know that I was called by a living prophet of God to serve here in Manaus and specifically here in Cachoeirinha at this time to meet and baptize these children of God!!

E se crerdes em Cristo e fordes batizados, primeiro com água, depois com fogo e com o Espírito Santo, seguindo o exemplo de nosso Salvador conforme o que ele nos ordenou, tudo estará bem convosco no dia do juízo. Amém.

And if it so be that ye believe in Christ, and are baptized, first with water, then with fire and with the Holy Ghost, following the example of our Savior, according to that which he hath commanded us, it shall be well with you in the day of judgment. Amen.
